Our first Zero Net Carbon scheme has received planning consent by Hertsmere Council, aiming to achieve essential sustainability goals. This airspace development over a 1960s block, integrates passive design measures to maximise energy efficiency and in situ renewable energy to reduce CO2 emissions.
